Land's End Covid-19 Practices

As Covid-19 continues to impact our world, it is difficult to plan ahead. Despite this uncertainty, Land’s End has remained open and our staff continues to do an incredible job adjusting their lives and work to meet the challenges we all face.

Guests will find that our team at Land’s End has undertaken measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, and by extension that of our guests. We feel it is important to respond responsibly to this crisis.

Arriving Guests will find the following changes and new standards in place:


Hotel Stay-Over Service

During this time daily Stay-over Service is suspended until further notice due to COVID-19. If you require any new linens or extra amenities, please visit or call the Front Desk during your stay. Due to these measures, room cleaning takes longer and is delayed significantly after departure, and therefore we are limiting early check-ins and late check-outs.


Pool/Sauna/Hot Tub:

These guest amenities are now available by reservation only. Reservations are limited to 30 minutes, only one family at a time, and only one amenity per family per day. Reservations and availability inquiries can be made at the Front Desk by calling 907-235-0400, during check-in, or at any time during your stay.  Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis.


Chart Room Restaurant

Our restaurant remains open to dine-in service and to-go orders. Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended as we are still working under a limited 75% seating capacity. This is to ensure the proper social distancing of tables and dining guests. Restaurant staff is strongly encouraged to wear masks at all times.

We hope to continue serving our guests and Alaskans in a responsible way and to remain a safe place to stay and relax. Hopefully we’ll see you on the shores of Kachemak Bay soon, healthy and happy!
