Chef Spotlight: Mathew Orchard

        Executive Chef Mathew Orchard joined the Land’s End team in June of 2012.  His dedication to originality, consistency and an exceptional dining experience was apparent from the first day on the job and Matt was promoted within 6 months to Sous Chef & PM Kitchen Manager. Matt’s commitment to his craft and his profession is passionate and genuine, and helps builds strong devotion among his crew.
Chef Matt won the 2014 “Taste of Homer” for Best Entrée and in January 2015 he was promoted to Executive Chef.
Matt has spent much of his time over the last year perfecting recipes and developing fresh presentations, bringing the Chartroom experience to a new level. Join us for a fine dining experience, and be sure to ask for Chef Matt’s recommendations on wine pairings, or nightly specials!
